  • Application in the name of District Magistrate,Islamabad
  • Visit citizen facilitation center along with the relevant documents
  • Submit your documents
  • present your self in front of the committee on given date and time(we will inform you through call)

Documents Required

  • Land Record registered prior to 1978 (verified by Revenue Department)
  • Local Certificate/Domicile prior to 1978 verified by issuing authority
  • Pedigree (Shajra-e-Nasab) issued and verified from revenue department
  • Government Employment Certificate of an individual or Blood relative (Parents/siblings/ children’s), employed prior to 1990
  • Verified educational certificates prior to 1978
  • Passport issued to applicant before 1978
  • Any other document issued by Government of Pakistan prior to 1978 and verified by issuing authority (including Arms License, Driving License or Manual NIC) Issued prior to 1978
