International Driving Permit

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is an identity document that allows the holder to drive a private motor vehicle in any country that recognizes IDPs. To be valid, the IDP must be accompanied by a valid driving license.

Step-by-Step Process

  • Complete your documents as mentioned in the below section
  • Get a token and wait for your turn
  • Data entry
  • Submit all the documents to the concerned person
  • Obtain a e-receipt after paying necessary fee that is mentioned in the information box

  • Collect your IDP on the date mentioned at the e-receipt

Documents Required

  • Copy of Pakistani Driving licence (issued by Islamabad Traffic Police)
  • Copy of valid Passport along with valid Visa
  • Copy of CNIC of applicant
  • Proof of Residence in Islamabad
  • Driving Stamp of Rs. 30/- by Post Office

    Note:

  • Applicant must appear himself/herself for submitting required documents
  • You are required to adopt the same procedure for renewal
