Step-by-Step Process
- Visit the concerned Patwari pertaining to the area and inform him about your intention to transfer the land (verbally or in-writing)
- The Patwari will enter the mutation in the Inteqal Mutation Register
- Appearance of both Seller and Purchaser before Tehsildar / Naib-Tehsildar / Circle Revenue Officer along with two witnesses
- Submit your dues in the National Bank of Pakistan
- The process of sanctioning the mutation will be carried out
- Ownership Prof as Fard / Mutation Copy may be collected from concerned Patwari after 07 days
Note:- Foreign individual or company is required to get NOC from M/o Interior and M/o Foreign Affairs and ADC(R) / District Collector before preparing the Deed
